Our firm confines its activities to appeals and Federal Court applications.
International Criminal Law: The Case of Dr. Mathieu Ngirumpatse is pending before the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Dr. Ngirumpatse, a Hutu person, has been charged with genocide and crimes against humanity. The Tribunal is located in Arusha, Tanzania. Phil Taylor, Kike Roach and Charles Roach travel to Africa regularly to deal with this and related cases.
