History:
We are a dynamic law firm serving the needs of the disadvantaged in Ontario. Charles Roach established the firm in 1968. It is well known for representation of families of persons killed by police action. The firm is located in mid-town Toronto, near the Bathurst and St. Clair area.

Roach, Schwartz & Associates concentrates on trial practice and all of its members are trial lawyers. The composition of its staff is multicultural and diverse. The firm is strong in the defense of human rights and self-determination of peoples.
